President Hollande and Prime Minister Valls,
The Décret n° 2014-479 (nicknamed “décret Alstom”) of 14 May 2014, which extends the power of the state to veto the takeover of strategic interests in energy, water, transport, telecoms and public health, will allow the French people to remain in control of their economic destiny and to protect themselves from the manipulation of French assets for geopolitical objectives.
If France is to avoid a Fukushima-like scenario it must retain full control over its civilian nuclear industry. The best long-term strategy for protecting the French people, however, is not economic isolationism and defensiveness but political action on the depopulation/globalization front, which is the axis around which the international order has revolved since the Second World War.
France has given the world democracy and France can now give the world security and protection from an international order based on genocide by shedding light on the covert methods of depopulation that have served as a substitute to war since 1945.
In so doing, France can democratize global governance and bring the world back to sanity.
To assume the right to lead the world and improve international peace and security, France must replace the current methods of covert poisoning of the populace with endocrine disruptors with overt legislation for population control. Only then will France become a leading light once again and come out of the intellectual and moral darkness caused by its submission to the UN system.
