Dear africans,

bevor I start my speech, i will bring you the best regards of our ministerpresident Dr. Edmund Stoiber.

I will introduce you, and dear africans, this will interest you, in the most popular form of government: DEMOCRACY

Democracy means, to have a majority to rule the minority. Without majority you cannot rule.

The majority always knows what the majority wants.

My leadies and gentlemen, I don´t see black for the people in africa. I wish you a happy democracy
